Lead Time (Preparation for Dispatch)

  • 1 - 2 working days; during the festive season, there might be delays.

Local Shipment via J&T Express (Apply to Cookies Orders ) ：

  • ETA: 2 -Β 3 working daysΒ after dispatch*
  • A shipping fee of $5 applies to standard orders.
  • Orders of more than 10 tins are not eligible for standard shipping due to cookie condition. Please contact us before ordering.

*During the festive season, there might be delays.

Local Delivery - Expedited (Apply to Cookies Orders )：

  • ExpeditedΒ deliveryΒ : $15.
  • Please choose expedited delivery for orders exceeding 10 tins or for urgent needs.
  • Please contact us directlyΒ for delivery dates and top up payment options before ordering.

    Local Delivery  - Expedited (Apply to Tarts & Mooncake Orders )：

    • A delivery fee of $15 applies to all the orders.
    • Ordering cookies together might incur a $20 shipping fee ($15 + $5). We'll refund $5 via paynow.

    Local Pickup

    • Office pickups: Available from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
    • Other locations: Follow our Instagram page for pop-up booth information and to schedule a pickup.
