Although we didn’t apply for halal certified logo, rest assured that our cookies are made in halal factory in Singapore so it’s 100% Muslim friendly. All the ingredients are no pork no lard as well.

All our cookies are lower in sugar and incorporate sugar control technology developed by the National University of Singapore (NUS). This technology helps to slow down sugar absorption, preventing sudden blood sugar spikes, making them a healthier choice.

Our low sugar cookies are crafted with special technology designed to slow down sugar absorption, thereby helping to prevent sudden blood sugar spikes.

However, it's important to note that all the cookies still contain dairy and sugar. Typically, we advise diabetic customers to consume only 1-2 pieces based on their condition. The best choice for them is our tea flavor collection, with our Tangerine Pu-Erh Tea Cookies certified as low GI. We recommend enjoying them in moderation for a balanced experience.

The cookies have a shelf life of 5-6 months if unopened.

For optimal taste, please check the bottom label for the "best before" date, which is usually 2-3 months from the production date. Once open, please consume within one week.

Our lead time is 1-2 working days, and delivery times are based on our partner, SingPost, typically within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch. Please note that we cannot control the exact delivery date and time.

Orders placed outside of this timeframe (including weekends and public holidays) will be processed on the next working day at the earliest. Thank you for your understanding.

Most of our cookie flavours are now available for pre-order only, and the timeline is not yet confirmed, so we are unable to accommodate urgent pre-orders:

(a) Earl Grey, Jasmine, Pu-Erh, Pistachio, Coffee, and Lychee are available from July 29 onwards, while stocks last.

(b) Other flavours will be available based on production capacity during the peak period.

(c) Pineapple, Tom Yum, and Cinnamon will return in September.
